2. User Accounts
- Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, shipping, billing, and account information for all purchases made through our store.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Kingsong is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
3. Purchase & Payment Terms
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us, where permitted by applicable law. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Cancellation & Modification
Before Shipment: Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee, where permitted by applicable law. The fee amount is based on the payment method and will be shown at checkout or confirmed by support before cancellation is finalized.
After Shipment: Once the order has been processed for dispatch, a shipping label has been generated, or the item has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be available. If the customer refuses delivery, requests cancellation after dispatch, or provides an incorrect or undeliverable address, the case may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping and Handling Fees: If an order is canceled, rejected, intercepted, or returned after dispatch due to customer-side reasons, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return freight, redirection fees, and applicable logistics and handling fees based on the product category:
- Standard Products — USD $250 per unit: Non-suspension EUCs, spare parts, and accessories.
- Heavy / Oversized Products — USD $350 per unit: Suspension EUCs, electric scooters, e-bikes, and other heavy or oversized products.
Modifications: Address changes requested after shipping may incur a redirection fee charged by the carrier. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be completed after dispatch.
Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on eligible products and supported regions. However, any additional shipping fees or taxes arising from special circumstances, such as remote area surcharges, address corrections, failed delivery attempts, or customer-requested redirection, are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, product renders, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Kingsong or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability & Safety Warning
Safety Warning: Electric unicycles, electric scooters, and electric bikes are mobility products that may involve inherent risks of injury, property damage, or death if used improperly.
- Kingsong shall not be liable for injuries, death, or property damage resulting from misuse, illegal use, unauthorized modification, failure to follow the user manual, or failure to follow applicable local laws and safety requirements.
- Users must follow local traffic laws, wear appropriate protective gear, and receive proper training before riding.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kingsong, its directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
Certain content, products, and services available through our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services, and we do not warrant and will not have liability for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
